An intimate supper club to celebrate food, writing and community brought to you by SEED.
We will start with a drink (alcohol-free!) and introductions before sitting down for an hour of guided writing exercises with nibbles. Sharing your work is encouraged but completely optional. Please bring a notebook and your favourite pen.
You will be served a nourishing meal and something sweet. We are BYO (bring your own soft drink, juice, booze).

This 2-hour workshop will awaken your creativity through movement and writing. You will be guided through a vinyasa style class to centre the body, followed by a Yoga Nidra practice to draw the senses inward. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique used to tap into the subconscious and unlock authentic creative thinking.
During the second half of the workshop, you will explore your creativity through a mixture of free writing and guided exercises. There will be time to share work and receive feedback in a supportive environment. (Although sharing work is only ever optional). The workshop will close with ideas for developing your writing skills.
The Hot Yoga Basics classes break down the fundamentals of a yoga asana practice. More static than our Hot Flow classes, the Basics practice leaves time and space to explore alignment, breath (pranayama) and develop strength and flexibility. This class is for all levels. Great for beginners.
