SEED is co-founded by Amy Dudgeon and Chloe Jourdain.

It was formed from the seed of an idea to create spaces to explore the mind and body through food, writing, yoga and human connection. SEED welcomes all bodies, minds and abilities, no prior experience required.

Join us for our first SEED retreat from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 October 2023 at West Lexham, Kings Lynn.

West Lexham is a sustainably-run retreat space in Norfolk, embedded in 21 acres of stunning countryside. Easily accessible from London and Cambridge it is the perfect place to rest, recharge and reconnect to yourself.

How to reach us

Train (green option) 

The nearest station is Downham Market, with direct trains from London Kings Cross (1hr25). We recommend pre-booking your taxi from Downham Market Station (25 mins). We will try and co-ordinate guests to share taxis where possible.

Car (share lifts if possible)

The venue is a 2.5-hour drive from London and has onsite parking. Put postcode PE32 2QN into your sat nav, the turning for West Lexham is clearly sign-posted on the A1065. Please try and co-ordinate lifts with your fellow guests to reduce carbon impact. We are happy to co-ordinate if you let us know you’re driving.
