Frankie Dudgeon
Frankie is a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. Named the ‘Silent Assassin’ of 2019 for her sweet appearance but savage workouts, she swapped her career in fashion for a Pilates studio in order to find a balanced lifestyle.
Frankie is an ambassador for clothing and lifestyle brand Sweaty Betty. She is an advocate of fitness for mental health and encourages her students to dedicate time to their own self-care.
